I'm Sorcha and I live in Thanet with my husband and very lazy frenchie Frank. If you love to swim, bike, or run, you will feel right at home here.
I started my fitness journey at the age of 40, after completing my first Race for Life in 2014, I wanted to find my next challenge and came across triathlon. I entered my first one with just £5 entry, £75 bike, and a tri-suit from the middle isle of Aldi, and it's fair to say I caught the bug!
Roll on 9 years, after lots of hard work, dedication, and many bikes later. I found myself at the start line in Belgium, representing my age group in the European Aqua Bike Middle Distances for Great Britain!
2023 saw me gain my qualifications in open water swim coaching and triathlon coaching and now I will be offering my services and knowledge to get people to the start line.
